Return the item unused, in its original packaging with all labels attached, to our warehouse address.

Refund Policy

If your jewelry arrive damaged or defective, you may request a refund (with proof of damage in photos or videos).

After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order.

Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted before refunding the balance.

Timeframe

All exchange, refund, and cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Once approved, the returned product must be shipped back immediately.
